| At present,in the identification of B-emerald,infrared spectrometer has a more authoritative status.Traditional infrared spectrometers owing to its large size and expensive priceis,making the emerald operators,buyers can only identify the emerald in a special jewelry appraisal agencies.It is realy a great limitation.Therefore,the development of portable infrared spectrometer is very importment and meaningful.The purpose of this paper is to develop a portable infrared spectrometer,for emerald identification.This paper has basically completed the develop of infrared spectrometer.Including:design of light source system,design of optical acquisition system,design of circuit part in data processing and display system and design of stm32 processing part and LCD display part of single chip and production.The light source system completes the selection of the light source,the development of the ellipsoidal mirror,and the selection of the infrared lens.The optical signal acquisition system mainly completes the selection of integrating sphere,the choice of monochromator,and the selection of infrared photodetector.The data processing and display system completes the design and research of the operational amplifier circuit and the selection of the operational amplifier chip,the selection of the single chip computer,the selection of the LCD liquid crystal display,the programming of the single chip microcomputer.What more,this paper has analsied the experimental data.The light source system,optical signal collection part and data processing and display system are designed independent.The innovation of this paper include:the wavelength range is specific,the optical signal acquisition part is different,the data processing and display system is different.Traditional infrared spectroscopy,such as Fourier infrared spectrometer,which is applicated in a wide range,so the wavelength range is usually wide,even for the whole band.The portable infrared spectrometer studied in this paper is only for the identification of B-emerald,so the wavelength range is only 3000-3600 nm.Today’s portable infrared spectrometer optical signal acquisition part is usually use infrared array CCD,and this paper used single-point infrareddetector in the optical signal acquisition part,which can joint with short-band infrared light source and data processing system to achieve effective identification.The traditional data processing and display system for the computer and the display.This paper uses the data processing and display system for the microcontroller and LCD.This ensures that the volume of the portable spectrometer is easy to carry.This paper basically completed the expected design,a portable infrared spectrum is been developed,basically achieve the identification requirements. |
