Many problems went out with animal husbandry developing rapidly recently, such as the land and water source polluted and occupied by livestock manure, which effect negatively the lives of local residents. How the husbandry develops continuously and healthily had been a increasingly concerned problem. The technology of compost was the major method to deal with the livestock manure. Although these method could eliminate the effluvium and ammonia emited from feces, the problem mentioned above still exist, because these method were adopted after the feces been here. If feces could decrease during the producing process, it would thoroughly solve the problem induced by feces. One method was that the protein content in feces decreasing was by adjusting the energy in feed. Another method was that nutritional components significantly digested and absorbed was by adding enzyme preparation and micro-ecological agent to feed aiming to decreasing the feces and effluvium. This experimente was aimed to screening some microorganism added to feed. These microorganism could increase the protein utilization of feed, decrease the protein content in feces and ammonia, then reduce the effluvium emited from feces. Strains that degrade effectively starch and protein in animal feces, brewery mash and composting production, were preliminarily screened from starch agar medium and dextrose pretone agar medium. Meanwhile, the strains utilizing ammonia were screened out through ammonia medium. Then the enzyme producing ability of screened strains above were quantitatively analyzed through shake flask culture, the strains were picked out according to the most quantity of amylase produce and protease produce and the best deodorant effect. Six strains were screened out and istinguished by 16SrRNA way at last. These strains were respectively bacillus amyloliquefaciens, bacillus subtilis, bacillus cereus, yeast, shigella and lactobacillus. The bacillus amyloliquefaciens had the best ability in producing amylase in them, and the strains except yeast had no obvious deodorant effect. Some pHysiological characteristics of the six strains were detected, such as high temperature resistance, acid resistance, bile tolerance and part growth curve. The feature of bacillus was that it could play important roles in intestinal extreme environment. The yeast, shigella and lactobacillus had a good colonization ability in intestine because of acid resistance and bile tolerance. The results showed that the six strains could be symbiotic, and the effect and stability of single strain were considerably less excellent than that of mixed strains. The combination of strains were screened out, which produced more amylase and protease. Then two combinations being good at deodorizing from those were selected in deodorization test, and fermented. Feeding trial on 1% combination strains fermentation products in feed was last for 20 days. The feces of pigs in test r group, test u group and control group were collected, and detected in total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and ammoniacal nitrogen. The results showed that the total nitrogen and ammoniacal nitrogen content in test u group significantly decreased, while those items in test u group had no remarkable difference compared with control group. It indicated that r additive could decreas effectively the protein and fetor content of pig manure. |
