In order to solve the problem of plating thick nickel-chromium technique of contraction-expansion section in thrust combustion chamber for liquid oxygen-kerosene high pressure staged combustion rocket engine, the plating with heat insulation, anti-eroding and high temperature and oxidation resistant meeting the requirement of the engine working is plated, with reasonable technologic process and plating plan.This paper discusses the heat insulation and anti-eroding plating technique of thrust chamber inner wall, including analysis of composition, structure, performance and technologic method of PД-120 grasping of key technique after engine prototype plating, defining plan after theoretical analysis, the test of plating thick chromium on thick nickel on Qcr0.8 surface, study, analysis and test on plating bonding and uniform. By study on technologic stability, the technologic level is raised for plating thick nickel and compound thick chromium on the plating nickel surface. The plating meets the requirement of design documents for accepted products and engine working.
