Research On The Reactions Of Organozinc Reagents With Sulfonyl Chlorides

Sulfone as a kind of important organic compounds, can participate in a variety oforganic chemical reactions, is widely used in pesticide, medicine and polymer etc. Inthis paper, we made a detailed overview on sulphone compounds in recent researches,and studied the synthesis of sulphone compounds, optimized and developed a newmethod of synthesis on sulphone compounds.The thesis includes two chapters.Chapter one: Research on sulphone compoundsIn this chapter, two aspects of the application and synthesis of the sulfonecompounds were made a detailed summary in recent years.Chapter two: Research on the reactions of organozinc reagents with sulfonylchloridesThe reaction of organic zinc halide reagent with sulfuryl chloride was studied inthis chapter, the best conditions and the range of applications under theNickel-catalyzed were explored and obtained31functionalized sulfoxide substances.that we tested their structure in1H NMR and13C NMR.Which would provide a newway for the further studies on these compounds.
