Investigation and analysis the photovoltaic industry area soil,plant,water and water body sediment by link work at selected spots with that in entire areas method.The cotent of CFCs(Fluorine and Chlorine)pollutants in soil,plants and water around factory of photovoltaic industry area and the enzyme activity,the respiration,microbial community structure of soil was researched.Investigation of the variation of microbial community and soil enzyme's response characteristic to the fluorine chlorine pollutants was perform by the combination of PCR-DGGE and high throughput sequencing hrough in the microcosm simulation experiment in laboratory,To provide theoretical basis and data support for photovoltaic industry area soil environment impact assessment of fluoride chlorine pollution and ecological restoration.The main research results are listed as follows:Ion chromatography was used to determination the concentration offluorine and chlorine ion in soil,plants and water,the the concentration of fluorine and chlorine ion in soil goes up following the distance to factory of photovoltaic industry,and variation range is 0.91~6.73 mg/kg and6.05~69.72 mg/kg respectively.Interestingly,the concentration in winter is the highest and autumn follows,however spring and summer goes very low.The highest concentration of water fluorine appears in the nearest place by the factory.The exceeding standard rate of concentration of fluorine in plants is 100% and chlorine is 90% overproof.The concentration of fluorine and chlorine ion is affiliated with the enzyme activity,the respiration of soil and the microbial community of soil.The investigation of their concentration in determinable range suggests that: The communities of bacteria and actinomycete have positive correlation with fluorine pollutants,but the communities of fungus have negative correlation with chlorine pollutants.The correlation of enzyme activity of soil and the concentration of the two is very low,but the enzyme activity of soil is affected by seasons.the respiration of soil goes up along with the rise of concentration of fluorine,but has no obvious relation with chlorine.According to the investigation of adding high concentration of mulriple or unitary fluorine and chlorine pollution to soil sample in the microcosm simulation experiment in laboratory and variation of the enzyme activity,the respiration of soil and microbial community,theconclusion can be got as follows: The microbial communities of bacteria,actinomycete and fungus have different and contradiction relations to the high concentration of fluorine and chlorine pollutions.The enzyme activity can be effected by the high concentration of fluorine and chlorine pollution,especially by mulriple of the two.The respiration of soil can be inhibited by the high concentration of fluorine and chlorine pollution,The combination of PCR-DGGE and high throughput sequencing was use to investigate the relation between the variation of microbial community and fluorine and chlorine pollutions.Researches show that the richness,uniformity and index of diversity of soil with fluorine chlorine pollutants concentration is significantly negative correlation.Using high throughput sequencing technology analyze the fluorine chlorine pollution sensitive microbes and the fluorine chlorine pollution advantage bacterium group.Such as: Acidiphiliu and Acidithiobacillus will rise when the two species affected by fluoride pollution proportion,Aeromonas and Enterobacter these two species will reduce if influence by fluorine chlorine pollution.we also got many species of bacterium when soil influenced by fluorine chlorine pollutants are Sphingomonas,Gemmatimonadaceae uncultured,Clostridium sensu stricto 1,Nitrospira and other 10 is dominant population to be confirmed.
