Thermal conductive thermoplastic composites have been developed very rapidly in recent years due to their significantly advantages,such as low cost,can be recycled,light weight and high thermal conductivity.We prepared graphene(Gr)and graphite(G)for high thermal conductivity filler filling nylon 6 composite material by melt blending,aimed to improved heat-conducting property and better application.In addition,we definited the heat-conducting property,electrical conductivity,mechanical property and microstructure of the composite materials.Our research investigated the influence of the thermal conductivity of the composites by single packing and distribution of packing system respectively.PA6 based composite material thermal conductivity rised with the increase of adding amount of filling material,under the same condition,graphene thermal conductivity of the composites was more obvious.With the same content of 50%,graphene packing materials elevated graphene thermal conductivity of the composites to 3.332 W/(m·K).In graphene and graphite compounded system,thermal conductivity of the composites presented tendency with reduce first,then increased,which reached the largest 3.819 W/(m K)when graphene content reaches 30%of distribution system.The performance of graphene and graphite were investigated by single packing and composite material mechanics,the results showed that different single packing with Gr,G of PA6 composites tensile strength increased with the more filler content,the tensile strength of the material presented that slowing down first and then falling rapidly,the transition point formed when filling material up to 50%.Composite elastic modulus increased with more filler,which were more apparent after add Gr,which due to the intense interfacial interaction between Gr and PA6 that improving the elastic modulus of the composite by stress transfer.Defects under SEM showed that such as composite filler agglutination and empty,cracks,with the increase of filler content,filler between gathered phenomenon was obvious and emerged the layer stack.We analysed the PA6/graphene composites of non-isothermal crystallization behavior by differential scanning calorimetry.The crystallization of PA6/graphene composites exothermic curve was bimodal.With the increase of graphene,composites crystallization activation energy elevated but the crystallinity was gradually reduced.Non isothermal crystallization kinetics analysis of PA6/graphene composites by Avrami equation could accurately described the non-isothermal crystallization of PA6/graphene composites process compatibility.
