Mesoporous molecular sieve has always been a hot research topic in the field of materials since the end of last century.Super-microporous is more suitable for molecular selective catalysis,separation(adsorption),drug delivery carrier,medical diagnosis and cosmetics compared with microporous and mesoporous molecular sieves due to its unique pore size range(1.0~2.0 nm).Different morphology of the porous silica has many notable application.A certain size of the spherical molecular sieve is extensively used in expensive electronics desiccant and liquid chromatography(HPLC)test.Hollow spherical mesoporous molecular sieve limits its application due to its poor mechanical strength compared with close packing of porous silica microspheres.Therefore,the synthesis of close packing of silica microspheres has more practical value.Jeffamine polyether amine derived products has the advantage such as non-toxic,low cost and biodegradable.A novel polyether amide polymeric surfactant was obtained by grafting fatty acid on Jeffamine ED2003,which has the ability of self-assembly in aqueous solution,named ED2003-fa-18.The ordered mesoporous and super-microporous silica microspheres has synthesized by using ED2003-fa-18 as a template.The main results as follows:(1)The reaction conditions have a great influence of obtained products.The conditions as follow: pH=1,CED2003-fa-18=1wt%~7wt%,reaction temperature RT and 30?,crystallization temperature RT?35??45?.(2)Mesoporous silica material with pore size of 2nm was synthesised when the concentration of ED2003-fa-18 is 1wt%.Super-microporous material with the pore size decreased from 1.98 nm to 1.94 nm was synthesised when the concentration increased from 3wt% to 7%.Such silica materials can assembled the spherical nanoparticles morphology with the size of 20~30 nm.They further aggregated into soild ball with 2~4?m.(3)The effect of hydrothermal crystallization and stiring crystallization on the structure and morphology of molecular sieve has been focused.Stiring crystallization product has smaller hole volume and bigger specific surface area compared with hydrothermal that of crystallization.(4)The molecular sieve was obtained with narrow the size of 1.8nm by adding short chain alcohol(ethanol).
