In this paper,by the application of computer simulation technology,we set up a well pumping unit simulation model,and carry out the diagnosis method in the pumping unit,the wear of rod string and tubing,parameter and equipment matching and the efficiency of the system.In order to improve the efficiency of the system,to prevent or mitigate wear and ensure oil production,we studied the well stimulation screening to build up a energy saving measures concerns efficiency of well pumping unit and quantitative simulation method of energy consumption.Formation of a well screening made the energy saving measures for energy saving optimization design methods possible.Through this research we improved the efficiency of the system,prevented wear,improved the efficiency of the pumping unit system,and realized the energy saving in pumping system.The developed online aided diagnosis design application and auxiliary design optimization software has optimized 219 Wells pumping unit system,among them 196 well was diagnosed,coincidence rate was 91.3%.During the research,21 wells was optimized,by contrasted to the former efficient of the designed wells,the average efficiency of the optimized system is increased by 6.9%.The optimization system realized a good energy-saving aim.This paper have a significant meaning in energy-saving policy.
