| In recent years,most oilfields gradually have entered the high water cut stage of oilfield development.The pumping unit and progressing cavity pump have gradually become a major production technology,which is widely used in Daqing Oilfield.Currently,the number of applications of the pumping unit is 49613 wells and progressing cavity pump is 8326 wells.But with thedecrease in the oil production year by year,the number of adjusting operating parameters of oil pumping wells has gradually increased.The number of parameters optimization in the pumping unit and progressing cavity pump was 6878 wells in 2011.The number of adjusting 2 times or more operating parameters wells in a year was 1904 wells(27.7%of the total wells).The number of sucker rod fracturing after adjusting operating parameters within a month was 208 wells(3.0%of the adjusting operating parameters wells).In order to reduce the workload of repeated adjusting operating parameters and the impact on the sucker rod fracturing wells,therefore we carry out the research on the operating parameters adjustment method of oil pumping wells.In this paper,we use IPR curve to analy inflow performance of oil pumping wells.We carry out the research on the relationship of the different types of the pumping unit,progressing cavity pump and reasonable flow pressure,sunken range and analysis of seepage law of formation fluids in the process of the reservoir fracturing.We determine inflow IPR curve of production oil wells in the process of the reservoir fracturing,which has productivity prediction method in the different reservoir conditions.On this basis,we establish mathematical model of the pumping unit and progressing cavity pump parameter optimization methods after fracturing.We achieve the corresponding numerical optimization method,which guide parameters adjustment of the pumping unit and progressing cavity pump in the process of the reservoir fracturing.Therefore,it provides theoretical and technical support for rate-maintenance and energy-saving of oil pumping wells.Through the research topics marriaging with engineering practice,we accurately evaluate operating parameters of the pumping unit and progressing cavity pump in the process of the reservoir fracturing,which provide technical support for field development,is high practical value. |
