The compressor is the typical process equipment and widely used in the petrochemical industry,the compressor run in a high temperature,high pressure condition,and often will cause the shell as well as parts of varying degrees of wear,using the traditional means of welding,argon arc welding,repair weldingcan process heat stress and the matrix material bonding strength is difficult to guarantee.Laser cladding repair,not only can achieve the purpose of restoration and surface modification,but also can improve the overall performance of materials.The laser cladding is a very complex thermal physical processes and microstructure generation process,at present,the selection of parameters of laser cladding process is mainly based on trial and experience.The paper in-depth study for powder feeding laser cladding mechanism,give full consideration to the interaction of the laser,powder,and the matrix,different laser power and laser radius of the powder calculated the temperature rise of Scientology,as the initial conditions.Finite element method using ANSYS built-in function editor Gaussian heat source function,using the ANSYS Parametric Design Language APDL life and death element method to achieve light source movement and the growth of the cladding layer,and the comprehensive consideration of the physical parameters of the thermalheat transfer coefficient and phase change on the basis of the latent heat,the establishment of a mobile Gaussian light under the action of the compressor shell cladding layer three-dimensional finite element model,a simulation study of the temperature field in the cladding process,focusing onthe impact of process parameters on the cladding layer temperature distribution and weld pool size,and thus the quality of the cladding layer.On this basis,an effective method to inhibit cracking of the cladding layer by adjusting the process parameters to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of process parameters.Large ANSYS software simulation study of laser cladding temperature field can be great savings in experimental costs and shorten the cycle of experimental studies,optimization of the compressor shell to fix the parameters of laser cladding,as well as the promotion of this technology engineering practice,has important practical significance.
