Applied Research On Surface Evaporative Air Cooler In Shallow Cold Device

Natural Gas Branch Company mainly adopts three refrigeration methods:dry air cooling,recycling water cooling,and direct-water cooling.The dry air refrigeratory and circulating water refrigeratory need for high temperature,refrigeratory outlet temperature often reaches as high as 60 ℃ in summer,water refrigeratory is higher than 40℃ which directly affects the refrigeration temperature and the yield of light hydrocarbon;at the same time,direct-water water cooler of high water consumption,high energy consumption.To further reduce the facility coolant temperature or water consumption,improve the yield of light hydrocarbon,reduce the unit consumption of products,we still have a large potential steps to do,and have the necessity of the technological transformation.Surface evaporative refrigeratory is a kind of new integration cold exchange equipment which take advantages of water-cooling and air-cooling,heat and mass transfer process,with compact structure,high heat transfer efficiency,low investment,low operation cost,installation,maintenance is convenient and so on.It is the new direction of the development of air refrigerant technology.The surface evaporative refrigeratory research says that application of surface evaporative refrigeratory device,summer average cooling temperature can reach 30℃,gets temperature 5～10℃ lower than the dry type air cooling and circulating water cooling.It water consumption and water circulating water equivalent can overcome the shortcomings of the circulating water cooling,high temperature and larger water energy consumption,improve the light hydrocarbon recovery rate and reduce the unit product consumption.And the study results can also be good references for the production and energy saving renovation on the shallow cold device,the original steady of petroleum device,cryogenic device.
