Two-stage riser catalytic cracking maximizing propylene(TMP)technology,is an objective analysis and study of propylene in the generated rules under the premise of through technology and catalyst for close cooperation,developed a kind of brand-new productive technology of propylene.The technology can make full use of two riser the advantage of flexible operation,through the optimization process schemes and catalysts matches,greatly improve the yield of propylene,at the same time also can both lower olefins production of gasoline.Through industrial test of TMP technology,this paper mainly discusses the reaction system in the case of using different process conditions and catalysts,the propylene yield and gasoline olefin content change rule,and the sifting optimized solutions.Industrial test of TMP test device adopted by the specific process is:nozzle in fresh on a riser catalytic cracking raw material,under the condition of relatively moderate,prolific propylene and high olefin content in gasoline.A riser under the nozzle into the points from gas mixture of carbon four,will the butene group divided into propylene;Two stage riser on the nozzle into the refining pulp back,in a relatively harsh conditions and produce more light oil.Two stage riser under the nozzle into olefin content is higher gasoline fraction(can be a total distillate,can also be a light gasoline fraction),propylene yield increased.In addition,under the condition of different material combinations,by changing the period and the second section of the reactor outlet temperature,and can evaluate the influence on propylene yield and gasoline olefin content.Industrial test of TMP test device adopted by the specific process is:nozzle in fresh on a riser catalytic cracking raw material,under the condition of relatively moderate,prolific propylene and high olefin content in gasoline.This paper on the basis of industrial test of TMP test device,for all kinds of different types of selectivity of the catalysts were compared,the TMP test device runtime problems and solutions are also discussed.TMP technology industrial test results show that using a riser refined hybrid carbon back four,two stage riser refined naphtha feed back,can get higher propylene yield.Using a riser and two stage riser recycle stable light gasoline feed solution,gasoline olefin content of product could be dropped to around 35%.Appropriate increase the temperature of reaction,can make the propylene yield increase,but the temperature is too high,dry gas and coke yield will be increased,the propylene yield drop,gasoline olefin content will also be greatly increased.Anyhow,process conditions and catalysts selection optimization of reaction system,the prolific propylene and reduce gasoline olefin content is very important.
