The organic light-emitting diode(OLED)based on the electroluminescence is a new generation of technology of dull and stereotyped display,which is imposed by a direct current voltage into luminescent materials between two electrodes sandwiched to make the organic light-emitting film of different materials glow differently.It has many good characteristics,such as self-luminous,high brightness,high efficiency,lower energy consumption,simple structure,wide viewing and easy processing.It has broad application prospects from solid-state lighting,flat displaying,communication terminals,military,aerospace and other fields.In twenties recently it not only has aroused widespread attention,but also has made great progress.This paper reviews the state of development of organic electroluminescent devices and the being problems,and looks forward to the future direction of research,summarizes the electrode materials of organic light-emitting device and carrier transport materials.It presents its layered structure,mechanical and electrical EL principle and parameters of performance of the organic electroluminescent device,focuses on stating organic light-emitting materials,and divids them into small molecules and polymer electroluminescence materials and their application in organic light-emitting diode.In order to meet the needs of commercial,industry and academia are actively designing the synthesis of new electroluminescent materials.The thesis of phenylacetylene and N-methyl pyrrole mother,the multi-aryl vinyl structure of branched-chain target compounds were successfully synthesized a total of 19 kinds of phenylacetylene as the mother of a series of compounds,intermediates and N-methyl pyrrole-parent target compounds due to the perishable nature of instability to give up.The paper detailed description of the synthetic steps,methods of operation,and to determine their structure.NMR,IR,UV-visible absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra were used to characterize the structure of these compounds,and their photoluminescence properties were tested to discuss the molecular structure of the optical properties of.The results suggest that these conjugated compounds are able to send a strong fluorescence,promising small molecule light-emitting materials. |
