To address the contradictions between different ways to use coal gangue and different quality requirements as the purpose of this article. For some problems in the process of coal gangue recycling of Huayu company, On the basis of the full study on the characteristics of gangue, research the technology of coal gangue efficiently crushing and separation, and accordingly put forward a reasonable plan of coal gangue crushing and separation, to provide comprehensive and reliable technical support of coal gangue low-cost, sub-level, efficient use.Coal gangue is a mixture of different rocks with different hardness and calorific value, by examples prove, the phenomenon that calorific value of coal gangue increases with particle size decreasing exists in different crushing processes, and different coal gangue minerals enriched in different size fractions after crushing, by selective crushing and reasonable screening scale, calorific value and coal gangue mineral separation can be achieved.Use the relationship between particle size and calorific value as evaluation tools, according this to evaluate the coal gangue crushing effect in different ways between jaw crusher, roll crusher, ring hammer crusher and counterattack crusher, and combined with the current aggregates production with crushing equipment of single-stage hammer crusher, efficient crushing machine, impact crusher for industrial pilot, and based on the comparative analysis, develop a new selective gangue crusher which has adjustable impact and special crushing cavity structure. Use it to crush coal gangue, the prepared calorific value of high-carbon coal gangue can be increased by more than 45 percent than the original gangue, and effectively reduce the over crushed between the low calorific value part of coal gangue. Then the 4.75 mm above low calorific value part of Huayu coal gangue meet the national standard of the third grade gravel,Analyzing the problems of Huayu company between gangue power plant, sinter brick plant, cement plant, and combined with many features of washery coal gangue, design a coal gangue crushing and separation process with three crushing, four screening process, After separation, 6mm following coal gangue used as the power plant fuel into the furnace; 6~8mm、4.75~8mm coal gangue used as the raw materials of brick plant; 8~20mm, 20 mm above coal gangue used as the concrete aggregate. By calculating, the new line of Huayu company with annual 1 million tons of coal gangue crushing and separation, produce a total annual economic benefit of about 3.3 million Yuan, take about three years to recover the production line construction investment(10.33 million Yuan), which has significant economic benefits.
