Numerical control cross sliding table is a kind of typical CNC tool equipment, it consists of two XY axes on the space perpendicular screw system of motor drive to work. Therefore, in-depth study of CNC cross slide with biaxial coupling dynamic performance of feed drive system has very important significance for the subsequent development of CNC machine tool. In general CNC machine tools,the spatial structures are usually not a single axis, and multiple axes structures in the process of high-speed operation are time-varying among the moving parts,then the interaction between the structure cannot be ignored.This thesis presents a comprehensive research for the mechanical and electrical system of the NC cross sliding table using theory, experiment and computer simulation methods on the structure coupling characteristics. The main work includes:(1) First of all, based on the NC cross slide XY coupling effect,by using the lumped parameter method of finite element established the system dynamic mathematical modeling respectively in motor lead screw system and moving parts system, and has made the theoretical analysis for model parameters indeed.Secondly according to the mathematical model using three-dimensional modeling software and Adams and set up the virtual prototype model of XY axis of baxial couping, and completed its intrinsic mode in the Adams software,discusses the coupling effect of different position of structure that the system intrinsic mode change rule.(2) NC cross sliding table biaxial feed drive system control model was established based on Matlab/Simulink and combined with Adams completed its cross slide under biaxial coupling effect of electrical and mechanical joint simulation work, analyzed its different locus, velocity and acceleration dynamic characteristics of the difference between feed cases.(3) Established the NC control cross sliding table dynamic characteristic test platform, and use the high resolution of the servo motor encoder, linear grating ruler and PCI high-speed pulse counting cards, get the pulse signal of the experimental platform under the action of biaxial coupling dynamic characteristics, and using Matlab software to numerical calculation and measured signal time domain analysis and research work.(4)Based on BP neural network theory, the simulation script of PID parameters adaptive adjusting and optimizing for the NC cross sliding table servo control system was established based on Matlab, through the simulation results we got the conclusion that in the BP nural network PID adaptive adjustment and control that control system of NC cross sliding table's control precision, stability an anti-jamming ability have been greatly increased, and proved that the BP neural network algorithm can well satisfy the characteristics of the CNC cross sliding table servo parameters time-varying and uncertainty,make the system is always in the best working state, and improved the dynamic performance of the system.
