In the process of processing,the using status in each position of the screw is different,and the screw of NC machine tool is in a state of imbalance in the whole stroke.This paper proposes an idea that partitioning position intervals of the screw and researching the unbalanced work condition of each position interval and the whole stroke of the screw.The electronic data of numerical control system is presented.The associated relationships between the health condition of the screw and electronic data of numerical control system are analyzed according to principles of the screw by power and work by the workbench to the screw.Statistical method for the partition of the unbalanced working state of the screw is researched.A large number of electronic data of numerical control system acquisition experiments are carried out. Three indexes are used to count the mapped data of each position interval of the screw after data preprocessing and partitioning position intervals.The pitch error of the screw was measured three times during electronic data of numerical control system acquisition experiments.The consistency and statistical results of sectionalized three indexes are analyzed.Select accumulation of sectionalized current and velocity product index as the optimal index.The higher-order statistics analysis of the optimal index is made.The correlation between the standard deviation of the optimal index and the total screw pitch error is further analyzed.Results show the overall imbalance of the screw is becoming larger and larger with the passage of time.In order to facilitate NC machine tool users to control the unbalanced distribution condition of sectionalized index in the whole stroke of the screw, A visual software module integrated in the numerical control system is designed,which can count the data of the screw during working process.The visual software module can make NC machine tool users control the unbalanced distribution condition of sectionalized index in the whole stroke of the screw in the whole life cycle of the machine tool,and establish relationship between the unbalanced distribution condition of sectionalized index and the health condition of the screw.
