With the rapid development of industry 4.0, the domestic and foreign manufacturing industry put forward higher requirements on the processing technology of NC machine tools and the level of intelligent machines. At the same time, with the continuous improvement of domestic NC system of independent research, The NC machine tool is booming to be high speed and high precision, the key reason that affect the machining precision of NC machine tool is the thermal error of the spindle system. In view of this, this paper mainly for machining center XHK715. Analysis temperature rise characteristics of spindle system, to find out the relationship and laws between the spindle system of thermal error and temperature, and proposed a new digital machine tool temperature measurement method to achieve the intelligent machine temperature measuring requirements in a certain extent.And the main research work is as follows:And the SolidWorks is used to simplify the modeling of the spindle system. Through theoretical analysis the XHK715 machine tool and calculate the heat and heat flux The steady temperature field simulation and thermal deformation of the spindle system by using ANSYS finite element software, and get the relationship between temperature and the amount of deformation at different speeds.And through the next spindle system temperature rise test and thermal error experiments to further confirm the simulation results.In order to obtain the relationship between the spindle and the compensation temperature value.The temperature measurement points are arranged on the XHK715 machine tool of the machining center, and the temperature rise characteristic of each point is made by the PT100 A temperature sensor and the LK-G80 laser displacement sensor. The relation between the heat source and the heat distortion of the main shaft is analyzed in 4000r/min and 4800r/min, and in both cases get the numerical relationship between compensation and the bearing temperature value.Realization of a new digital temperature measurement method. Through the experiment the lack of machine tool temperature measurement method is found in order to meet the needs of new temperature measurement, We use UNO Arduino controller and digital temperature sensor MLX90614 and Bluetooth, SD card module. And write UNO Arduino based on and MLX90614 sensor and Bluetooth, SD card module program, to achieve the wireless signal transmission and storage.Using the new method of temperature measurement to measure at various points of the machining center XHK715. And record the curve of machine from Start up to cooling temperature of stop. Then we have mobile real-time access to the temperature signal. It is the realization of the intelligent temperature measuring.
