Research On The Policy Total Emissions Of Major Pollutants In Dongguan City

The main pollutant total emission reduction is an important part of environmental management in our country, it is an important way to promote the industrial structure adjustment to promote economic sustainable and healthy development, improve the quality of the environment and improve people’s livelihood. Taken since the implementation of the total emissions of major pollutants emission reduction policies in Dongguan city have some of the main emissions management system, key areas of emission reduction, emission reduction, emission reduction and other aspects of the regulatory structure This paper adopts the method of literature research, comparative analysis and other methods, combined with the implementation of emission reduction policies in Dongguan, through the relevant environmental data of Dongguan city from 2005-2014 analysis, from Dongguan city to adopt emission reduction policy of emissions of major pollutants in Dongguan city after showing a declining tendency Although there are some problems in the implementation of the policy, some problems are still exist, such as the lack of awareness, the easy flow of pollution reduction assessment, lack of supervision, incentive mechanism and imperfect coordination mechanism. Finally, the author proposes a series of suggestions, such as improving laws and regulations, strengthening industrial structure adjustment, strengthening environmental supervision, further promoting emissions trading.
