Rolling shear is one of the core equipments in the modern middle-heavy plate production line, which plays a very important role in improving the quality of the products. In recent years, with the development of the domestic steel industry and the improvement of the quality of the middle-heavy plate, some characteristics of the rolling shear equipment, for example stability, control precision and real-time are put forward higher requirements.At present, full hydraulic rolling shear has received wide attention in engineering field due to the technical advantages of itself, And the key technology in the hydraulic rolling shear manufacturing is the synchronous control technology of multi cylinder hydraulic servo system. To solve the control problem of hydraulic servo system has a positive significance to improve the performance of the full hydraulic rolling shear equipment and improve the shear quality of the plate.The research is based on the full hydraulic rolling shear of a steel enterprises, And optimized for multi cylinder synchronous control of rolling shear shear. Firstly, a mathematical model for the system was established to design a sliding mode controller based on exponential approach law. Then adopted the fuzzy control strategy to solve the chattering problem. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is not only simple in structure, but also excellent in the characteristics of robustness compared with the traditional PID.At last, the controller is verified by AMESim/simulink simulation.The simulation results show that the new control algorithm is not sensitive to the parameter perturbation, and has a strong anti-interference ability. and the synchronization error of the multi cylinder servo system is reduced. Compared with PID control system,hydraulic cylinder displacement deviation decreased by 50%. The new algorithm is obviously better than the commonly used PID control,It has a good guiding significance for the industrial application of the whole hydraulic rolling shear equipment.
