Under strong impact or pressing force action, high manganese steel wear-resistant material with a high work hardening characteristics of other materials cannot go beyond, especially in the abrasive wear and chipping wear both performance. Therefore, the high manganese steel materials are widely used in various fields of wear parts. As a crusher crushing equipment, the maximum amount of wear of its hammer, so you can use high manganese steel manufacturing materials. when a high-manganese steel hammer is not affected by strong load, surface hardening effect is not obvious, easy to be abrasive cutting wear and premature failure. In order to ensure the normal operation of crusher and improve the efficiency of production, we put the crusher hammers abrasion resistance as objects of study. Through the working principle of the hammer head, wear mechanism and material properties of these three aspects analysis, trying to use metamorphic process and aging strengthening heat treatment combination method to improve the wear resistance of hammer head.Through the analysis of the role of traditional high manganese steel chemical composition and alloy elements, combined with the experimental analysis showed that the ratio of new high manganese steel hammer(wt%):C:1.1562,Mn:13.2335,Si:0.3776,P:0.0453,S:0.0206,W:1.014,Ti:0.0935,Re:0.1524。Through a comprehensive analysis of high-manganese steel hammer head size, shape and material properties, decided to adopt the bottom-casting and iron sand modeling casting process, using the casting simulation software Procast carries on the simulation, cast analysis in the process of flow field, temperature field, tissue distribution; At the same time to hammer the shrinkage porosity defect hole is used to predict the position, it is concluded that the reasonable casting process. The liquid steel temperature 1480 ℃ bottom note type casting,directional solidification ways of performance is best.With the above high melting casting manganese steel hammer and strengthen its aging heat treatment experiments. The results showed that: highmanganese metamorphic aging at 400 ℃ for 1 h, the organization is still single austenite without carbide precipitation; 500 ℃ aging for 1 h, the austenite matrix begins to precipitate a small amount of carbide; 550 ℃ aging for 1h, the carbide precipitation increases amount and short stick are dispersed in the austenite matrix; 600 ℃ aging for 1 h, carbide quantity increasing and posing a mesh structure at the grain boundary; 600 ℃ aging for 2 h, carbide amounts not only increased but also has a tendency to grow up, based on the analysis of mechanical properties, 550 ℃ aging for 1 h of mechanical properties are the best.With different compression ratio, compression rate of metamorphic high manganese steel hardening properties, The results showed that increasing the compression ratio and compression rate can improve the surface hardness, tissue samples after compression does not exist martensite.
