Aimed to advance quality of cured tobacco leaves and optimize bulk curing process and realize tobacco leaves to yellow, dry, broiled, fragrant, the present experiment was researched different stable time of key temperatures and different fan speed and different stages of heating rates changes in bulk-curing barn. The main research conclusions are as follows:?1? Study on different stable time of key temperatures in bulk-curing barn:appropriate increase of stable time of temperature in yellowing period and color fixed period could lead to increase quality of tobacco leaf. The time spans which were 20 hours at 38? in prior yellowing period,12 hours at 42? in later yellowing period,16 hours at 47? in prior color fixed period and 12 hours at 54? in later color fixed period respectively were suitable for upper leaves; The time spans which were 20 hours at 38? in prior yellowing period,16 hours at 42? in later yellowing period,20 hours at 47? in prior color fixed period and 16 hours at 54? in later color fixed period respectively were suitable for middle leaves; The time spans which were 16 hours at 38? in prior yellowing period,12 hours at 42? in later yellowing period,16 hours at 47? in prior color fixed period and 12 hours at 54? in later color fixed period respectively were suitable for lower leaves.?2? Study on different fan speed in bulk-curing barn:by 1450 r·min-1 in open after baking 8h to 38?,960 r·min-1 during 38-42?,1450 r·min-1 during 42-47?,960 r·min-1 during 47-60?,720 r·min-1 after 60? during bulk curing process were suitable for quality of cured tobacco leaves.?3? Study on different stages of heating rates changes in bulk-curing barn:the heat rates combination was helpful to improve superior tobacco proportion and average price and coordinate chemical composition and lower energy costs.Heat up 1? every 3 hours during 35-38?,heat up 1? every 2 hours during 38-42?,heat up 1? every 3 hours during 42-47?,heat up 1? every 2 hours during 47-54?,heat up 1? every 2 hours during 54-68?had the better effect for the upper leaves; Heat up 1?every 2 hours during 35-38?,heat up 1? every 1 hours during 38-42?,heat up 1?every 2 hours during 42-47?,heat up 1? every 1 hours during 47-54?,heat up 1? every 1 hours during 54-68?had the better effect for the middle leaves;Heat up 1?every 3 hours during 35-38?,heat up 1?every 2 hours during 38-42?,heat up 1 ?every 3 hours during 42-45?,heat up 1?every 2 hours during 45-54?,heat up 1?every 2 hours during 54-68?had the better effect for the lower leaves.?4? Study on optimized bulk curing process in bulk-curing barn:optimized bulk curing process could obvious improve the quality of cured tobacco leaves. The yellowing period:heat up 1?every 1 hours?1 ?every 2 hours of upper and middle leaves? during 35-38?in open after baking to 35?,keep 35-36?of humidity?36?of middle leaves and 37?of upper leaves?,keep 20h in 38?;heat up 1?every 2 hours?1?every 1 hours of middle leaves?during 38-42?,keeping 36-37? of humidity, keep 12h in 42?;The fan speed was 1450 r·min-1 during open after baking to 38?,then the fan speed was 960 r-mim-1.The color fixed period:heat up 1? every 2 hours?1?every 3 hours of upper leaves? during 42-47??47? of the middle and upper leaves?,keep 37-38? of humidity?38? of the upper leaves?,keep 16h in 45-47?,heat up 1?every 2 hours during 47-54?,keep 38-39? of humidity, keep 12h in 54??15h of the upper leaves?;The fan speed was 1450 r·min-1.The stem-drying period:heat up 1?every 1 hours during 54-68?,keep 39-40? of humidity?40-41? of the upper leaves? before 60? of dry-bulb temperature, keep 40-42? of humidity?41-42? of the middle and upper leaves? after 60? of dry-bulb temperature. The fan speed was 720 r·min-1.
