The shipment of offshore oil platform is a very important part of the process from construction completed to the offshore installation.The way of slippage shipment solves the limit of the lifting operation on the weight of the module.The shipment of the large module is a complicated process,which involves the arrangement of the ballast system,the calculation of the value of ballast water and the control system.The offshore oil platform becomes more and more large and heavy,so the existing technology of shipment has been unable to meet the requirements of the large module.How to improve the efficiency,safety and automaticity of the shipment,is a very important problem in the research of shipment currently.On the basis of studying on technology of the large module shipment,the paper analyzes the existing shortcomings of the ballast pipeline system.By analyzing the role of ballast tanks at different positions in the ballast process,the fast ballast tanks and the ordinary ballast tanks are determined.A ballast system based on multi-tanks control is proposed to achieve the pertinence and rapidity of ballast,and a modular control system for multi-tanks control is established.According to the static theory of barge,the requirement of barge floating state,stability and strength is analyzed during shipment,and the calculation model of the ballast value is established.The different computational methods are put forward to calculate the ballast value by combining with engineering practice.In view of the influence of the free surface,the tidal level and the initial ballast water to the safety during shipment process,the compensation method of liquid level and the correction of tide level error are put forward.The appropriate start shipment time is determined according to the change of tide,and the initial ballast water in every ballast tanks in barge is adjusted to ensure the demand of ballast water in the whole shipment process.The experimental platform model for the research of technology of the large module shipment based on multi-tanks control is built,and the PLC control system of the experimental platform is designed to verify the validity of the control system based on multi-tanks control for large module shipment.Through the collection and analysis of the experimental data,the calculation method of ballast value is turn out to be true,and the dynamic compensation technology of liquid level and the automatic control system of large module shipment is effective.
