These years,China has been confronting a severe atmospheric environmental situation that,more and more frequently,regional dense Haze occurred simultaneously on a large scale.The power industry,the most significant pillar industry in national economy,is the main resource of the atmospheric pollutant emission.The pollutant discharge and treatment of thermal power plants have received great social attentions and concerns.Right now,most thermal power plants have been equipped with flue gas desulfurization and denitrification process installations,but running at different levels.Therefore,it is quite necessary to evaluate the operational situation of the flue gas desulfurization and denitrification process installations in the aspects of running,discharge,etc.Flue gas desulfurization and denitrification process installation is a typical complex industrial circuit system,Flue gas desulfurization and denitrification process installation is a typical complex industrial circuit system.The evaluation on the technical and economic performance of the thermal power plants largely depends on the subjective judgments from experts or empirical formulas.Besides,a sort of contradiction could be observed existing between the energy saving and environment protection,which requires a comprehensive evaluation on both of them.Based on the technologies of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization and selectic catalytic reduction denitrification(SCR),widely applied in coal-fired power plants,this thesis will adopt the information technology,artificial intelligence,as well as data mining technolog to make a deep analysis on the data of the coal-fired power plants flue gas desulfurization and denitrification.Besides,with analytic hierarchy process and multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the comprehensive evaluation indicator system of power plants flue gas desulfurization and denitrification has been set up;the comprehensive evaluation indicator for the energy-conserving and environment-protection of power plants has been raised on the overall consideration of coal consumption and environmental costs;and the comprehensive evaluation system for power plants flue gas desulfurization and denitrification is also established in this thesis.The scientific result of this research is to provide a technological support for the generation dispatching of energy saving,with the aim of controlling the atmospheric haze,improving the quality of atmosphere and taking complete account of energy economizing benefits;to set an example for the evaluation of environment-protecting electrovalence as well as the energy saving and environmental protection;to play a significant role in promoting the application of the energy-saving and environmental protection policies in electricity power enterprises,in supporting the governmental evaluation on environment-protecting electrovalence,and in performing the energy-saving generation dispatching in the power grid enterprises.
