Cement raw meal is the first production link of cement production.The quality of the cement raw material will produce certain influence to the following production link.The production of cement raw meal with good quality can provide stable production conditions for the firing of cement clinker,and it is beneficial to energy saving and consumption reduction.The production of cement raw meal is a production process with a lot of disturbance.It has the characteristics of large lag,multi variable and nonlinear.As a result of these characteristics,there are many kinds of working conditions in the process of cement raw meal production.The change of working conditions will lead to the loss of the algorithm and model mismatch of the cement raw meal automatic control system based on the online analyzer and will affect the control effect.Therefore,timely and accurate identification of the production process changes and according to the identification results can not only stabilize the quality of the cement raw meal,but also improve the quality of the cement clinker the good quality of cement clinker.It is also important to realize the automatic production of cement raw meal.Therefore,the identification of working conditions of cement raw material batching with near infrared on-line analyzer is studied in this paper.The main contents are as follows:Combining the concrete process of cement raw material production,the parameters needed for condition identification are determined.And acquire the data in real time by different ways.The data were analyzed and divided into three categories: The operation condition of cement raw material mixing,Raw material composition change condition and equipment condition.The operating condition evaluation criteria are put forward according to the cement raw material blending operation condition.This standard contains both the numerical information for the three moduli and the trend changes of the three rate values.The trend of the three moduli can be identified based on the feature of the database and identified trends can be divided into three kinds of steady trend,rise trend,decline trend.Finally,the identification results are calculated and analyzed,and the adjustment strategy of raw material proportion is proposed.Material changes in working conditions for the ratio of limestone and mudstone limestone saturation coefficient ratio were studied cluster,launched the raw material ingredients and their content varies according to the inverse result clustering.The raw material component content changes conditions were divided roughly into the raw material component content normally less,more.The control system will take the raw material of different models for different control based on the recognized situation.Combined with the actual operation of the operator experience and the actual situation on the raw material,said equipment operating conditions were studied,and symmetry were real-time monitoring.Finally,developed a cement raw material ingredients condition identification system.According to the study of software written in the practical application of the results,the results show the correctness and practicality of research methods,control and automation of production of cement raw material quality is important.
