China is the world’s cement production power,the cement industry’s energy and resource consumption is huge.In the cement production process,a simple division can be expressed as "two grinding and a burning",grinding operations is an important part of cement production,whether the raw materials or cement must be obtained by grinding,grinding directly affect the quality and quantity of cement production and technical and economic indicators.Grinding is the highest power consumption part in the cement production process,energy consumption covering 60%-70% of the entire cement production process energy consumption,of which the proportion of cement grinding power consumption up to 2/3,grinding equipment of the cement production process,ball mill,uses the metal grinding as a grinding medium for a long-term,there has been a high wear and low efficiency,how to improve the efficiency of cement grinding,reduce the unit power consumption has been a concern of the cement plant,so by reducing energy consumption in the grinding process,achieve lower production costs and thus enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is the future direction of the development of cement production.With the development of ceramic industry,low-density wear-resistant ceramic grinding body provides a better way to reduce the energy consumption of grinding and reduce the wear of metal grinding body.In this paper,it uses the new ceramic grinding as a grinding medium to carry out the small grinding test,choosing the cement clinker and slag as the grinding raw materials,and simulating the large grinding warehouse gradation(using gradation reference with the actual production gradation),develop a comparison test between the ceramic body and the ceramic grinding body,the comparison test between the ceramic ball and the ceramic section to explore the grinding effect and saving electricity effect of the ceramic grinding body in cement clinker and slag,and it studies the effect of the ceramic grinding body on the cement and the performance of the slag,find out the reasonable grinding gradation by the grinding performance of the grinding bodies of different groups,and the grinding effect of different groups was analyzed by the method of particle size distribution,mechanical properties and working performance.Optimize and adjust the gradation of the grinding body according to different grinding effects to achieve the purpose of reducing the energy consumption ofgrinding and improving the grinding effect.And it fully considers the effect of grinding materials(Slag and clinker)and grinding aids,and the grinding effect of ceramic grinding body in cement clinker and slag was obtained roundly by designing grinding tests.And through the small mill grinding tests results to develop large mill grinding test,the following main findings are obtained:1.By comparing the grinding effect of the ceramic ball and metal grinding body,the cement clinker 45μm sieve and 80μm sieve residue reduced after using the ceramic grinding body,the specific surface area increased.3d intensity and 28 d intensity are up to 27.6MPa and 52.1MPa;slag cement clinker 45μm sieve and 80μm sieve residue decreased,the specific surface increased,7d activity and 28 d activity increased to 88% and 102%,after using the special grinding aids for ceramic grinding body,the data have been improved,indicating that the ceramic ball is suitable for the grinding of cement clinker and slag.2.By comparing the grinding effect of the ceramic ball and ceramic column,ceramic column cement clinker 45μm sieve and 80μm sieve grindded by ceramic column,the specific surface area,3d intensity and 28 d intensity data are better than the ceramic ball grinding data,the reason that the grinding effect of ceramic column is better than the ceramic.3.Through the use of new ceramic grinding section to test,and the design of different gradation of grinding,results analyzes found that ceramic grinding bodies with small particle size have the best grinding effect,the data of fineness,specific surface area,strength is better,because the grinding capacity of ceramic grinding body is weak,the power of grinding body is strong,the grinding body with small particle size can play its grinding effect,in the process of designing gradation,it should use the principle of small particle size and big proportion,and big particle size and small proportion.Carrying out the comparison of saving electricity tests,the energy saving rate of the ceramic grinding body is 35.5% compared with the metal grinding body,which proves that the ceramic grinding body has energy saving effect.4.Through the large mill grinding slag tests,the replacement of ceramic grinding body makes the data meet the control index,which is better than the grinding effect of metal grinding,energy-saving effect is obvious,and apply the results in large mill grinding tests.
