In recent years,on account of the process that click chemistry involved revealing high conversion ratio,high selectivity,mild condition and convenient purification,click reactions have supplied a convenient and efficient chemical method for researchers,and they have played an important part in material synthesis and modified material field.Utilizing click reactions to construct monomers and polymers,or utilizing click reactions to modify macromolecule materials,we can obtain materials which are difficult to acquire through common chemical process.Meanwhile,self-healing materials have also played an increasingly important role in the research field of macromolecule materials.The process macromolecule materials automatically healing the damage and crack created during use,can partially or drastically recover the mechanical property,and improve the safety and stability of the materials.There are many methods to achieve self-healing ability,and the mainly researches are using non-covalent interaction and dynamic chemical bonds.Utilizing Diels-Alder reaction and oxime reaction which reveal both clickable and dynamic feature is a very convenient and efficient way to get self-healing system.Organic silicone materials have plentiful superior properties.They have been widely applied in biomedicine,chemistry and chemical engineering area.However,because of the macromolecular structure and raw material,organic silicone materials also exist some deficiencies including weak mechanical property and high cost.Utilizing click process to functionalize organic silicone materials and construct organic silicone self-healing system,can synthesize molecule with special structure and obtain organic silicone elastomers with superior performance.In this paper,we synthesized polysiloxane-g-polystyrene and polysiloxane-g-polymethyl methacrylate graft copolymer through thiol-ene click reaction.Firstly,we prepared two kinds of macromolecular trithiocarbonate,then n-butylamine was introduced to receive macromolecular terminated by mercaptan.In the final step,thiol-ene click reaction was taken place between mercaptan-macromolecular and polymethylvinylsiloxane,after that,the graft copolymers were received.In this paper,we constructed organic silicone self-healing system based on oxime click reaction.Carbonyl or aminoxy grafted polysiloxane and bifunctional crosslinking molecule were prepared at the first step,and then they reacted with each other under the catalysis by p-Anisidine.After the oxime reaction was finished,the organic silicone cross-linked network was formed.Moreover,the obtained material can process self-healing under room temperature without any external stimulation.
