| Ministry of Environmental Protection issued Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Heavy Metal Pollution in 12th Five-Year.Country determines that the first category of heavy metal control object is lead,mercury,cadmium,chromium and metal arsenic and other serious pollution of heavy metal elements;the second type of control object is thallium,manganese,bismuth,nickel,zinc,tin,copper,molybdenum and so on.National Ministry of Environmental Protection strictly carries out the total control system of the heavy metal pollution emissions and divides into key areas and non-key areas.Soil heavy metal pollution not only affects the ecological environment,but also affects the safety of other environments.In China,with the increase in urban population and the scale of the expansion,the new urban area planning requires heavy-polluting enterprises in the densely populated urban areas to retreat into the park.The affected area must undergo an environmental impact assessment.For the contaminated plant soil,it must be treated to repair the use of urban land in order to be used as a new use.As a result,remediation of contaminated soil of enterprises and factories after backing to cities is particularly important;soil heavy metal pollution prevention and soil remediation work has become a major research project of environmental protection workers today.In this paper,the heavy metal contaminated sites of electroplating enterprises after relocation are studied as the object of soil remediation.In order to standardize the development of electroplating industry pollution of the environment,integrate various resources further,focus on the construction of the electroplating industry,control the scale advantage and the radiation driven effect and ensure the healthy and stable development of electroplating industry,the electroplating production line of a high voltage switchgear Co.,Ltd.in Shangdong Province needs to be relocated.According to local urban planning and environmental requirements,the company has now moved to the planned Chemical Industrial Park,soil of contaminated site needs to be managed and repaired.The repaired area covers 7452m2.Before the relocation,the enterprise produced various types of electrical components for the product.The production process requires a lot of plating,electroplating components related to the heavy metals is chromium,copper,zinc;after the relocation,the planned site is used for residential land.The target of remediation of polluted sites is mainly to adopt the A standard applicable to residential land in the Assessment Criteria for Soil Environmental Quality(Temporary)(HJ 350-2007)which has been promulgated in China.Through the sampling of raw soil samples of the originated factory,the results showed that the maximum concentration of hexavalent chromium in soil samples reached 41.7mg/kg,the maximum concentration of total chromium reached 4150mg/kg,the maximum concentration of Zn reached 5020mg/kg.They are far superior to the A-level standards of "Soil Environmental Quality Standards"(draft Fourth Edition 2009-07-15)of the "Assessment Criteria for Temporary Soil Environmental Quality(Temporary)"(HJ350-2007)Standard limits for chromium.Curing stabilization treatment technology(S/S method)is seen as a common repair technology.It has been generally used to deal with toxic and hazardous solid waste in Europe and the United States and other developed countries.At present,the methods dealing with the treatment of heavy metal contaminated soil use of curing-stabilization technology,especially for heavy metal contaminated soil treatment.In order to completely solve the problem of soil pollution after the relocation of enterprises,It uses the curing-stabilization technology to remove the electroplating site of the enterprise after the repair of soil after comparing several plans.The results of the soil monitoring after treatment can achieve satisfactory results which can provide a reference way for the soil remediation of contaminated sites in the future electroplating industry with reference value. |
