Laser-induced plasma spectroscopy(LIPS)technology is an online real-time and efficient analysis of material composition detection technology.Metallurgical industry is also more and more use of the technology for the detection of material elements.Metallurgical furnace site temperature is high,dust and more,it is easy to lead to damage to the detection system performance,structural damage can not even use.Therefore,it is necessary to design a set of immersion detection system with high temperature on-line detection to ensure safe and stable operation of immersion probe.In this paper,the immersion probe has the advantages of difficulty in focusing and poor safety in the detection of immersion probe.The immersion probe mobile platform with automatic focusing,fast protection optical system and accurate detection is designed and studied.The main work of this paper includes:1 According to the design index,two kinds of mobile platform design scheme are designed,through comparative optimization analysis.Choose an optimal mobile platform for this project.On this basis,the automatic focusing device is designed.The automatic focusing control system composed of vertical lifting mechanism,laser range finder and spectrometer is designed.The vertical lifting mechanism,temperature measuring instrument and laser ranging are designed Instrumentation of the LIPS immersion probe safety protection control system.2 According to the designed LIPS optical system,the optical path tracking simulation analysis is carried out to verify its operability.The optical path of the optical system is analyzed by high temperature dynamic error.The reflection law model is established by vector transformation in matrix form,and the influence on the path of the optical path is analyzed.Finally,the optical path of the optical path is verified by ZEMAX.The results show that the optical system can work safely at 200 ℃.3 The stability of mobile platform is analyzed by dynamic method.The mobile platform model is established by ADAMS software,the dynamic load is calculated and the stability of the mobile platform is established.At the same time,the parameters that affect the stability of the mobile platform are optimized.
