Modern composite materials have been favored by many industries for its unique features,for example,military,civil and other fields.The composite material of using three-dimensional braiding preform as reinforced body was excellent in many modern composite materials.Because of the three-dimensional preform had the characteristics of fiber orientation,garment overall continuous distribution,so make the 3 D braided composites possess a series of excellent mechanical properties,and it have been taken seriously by advanced composite material,such as aerospace industry.This paper studied in detail about the existence of three dimensional braiding technology,3D braiding equipment,variable cross-section braiding technology and realization of variable cross-section braiding equipment.It pointed out that the existing3 D braiding equipment does not yet have the ability that automatic braiding variable cross-section 3D preform.In view of the above situation,this paper designed a kind of yarn carrier which used wireless control adding or reducing yarn automatically.This machine had three bobbins,a main and two deputies.This institutions,by using the properties of easy to plastic deformation of metal made the vice yarn attached to the main yarn or removed it from the main yarn,achieving the effect of change in knitting yarn bundle number,so it could braid variable cross-section perform without changing the law of motion and the number of yarn.This paper discussed the method realization of variable cross-section perform braiding on the basis of variable cross-section 3D braiding technology research.It put forward the yarn carrier design scheme which implementation braid cross-section perform by comparing all kinds of braiding method’s advantages and disadvantages,which was to achieve the goal by changing with the number of yarn in yarn carrier.This design complete every parts design and assembly of yarn carrier rely on 3D design software CREO.The yarn carrier mainly includes many automatically increasing or decreasing yarn device,such as using spring control yarn tension in a range and the device which use motor,metal card,blade and rubber block implementation.It used ANSYS to get mechanical performance analysis and optimization of the key parts in the yarn carrier.In order to preparing a great basis way for the further study,it processed and assembled the designed yarn carrier and tested and analysised the result.In order to achieving automatic increasing or decreasing yarn,this paper designed the control system of this yarn carrier.The design mainly included the select of hardware,the design of the control circuit schematic and the design of the softwarepart.This paper selected the single-chip microcomputer as the control center,using the wireless control module and controlling relay to realize the electricity or without electricity of the motor.Making the physical objects of control system and do the simulation and debugging.Finally the yarn carrier can realize automatic increase and decrease yarn. |
