Kitchen waste refers to the food wastes and residual of family,catering industry and enterprises with food processing procedure,with the characteristics of high moisture content,biodegradable rate and high proportion of nutrients.Currently,the treatment method of kitchen waste in China is mainly feeding livestock,the remaining part mostly landfill,incineration or composting after mixed with municipal solid waste,which lead to a serious environmental pollution and safety issue,cause a serve impact on the urban sanitation environment and daily life of the residents.As one of the promising kitchen waste treatment technique in recent years,the degradation of kitchen waste with biochemical treatment device implement effectively control on the root and digest kitchen waste with aerobic on the spot,avoiding the secondary pollution problem which may occur during the kitchen waste clear and transport process,besides,by controlling the machine temperature,the residential kitchen waste can be produced as organic fertilizer after the device runs for a while.In addition,high temperature during the composting also increased the removal efficiency of pathogens,implement the reduction,recycling and harmless of kitchen waste.Therefore,in the context of the treatment of kitchen waste has aroused extensive concern,to find out the optimum material ratio of kitchen waste decomposition machine,individual cycle of kitchen waste degradation,as well as the pattern of parameter variation during the continuous degradation,kitchen waste aerobic degradation with microbial inoculants were considered in this study,based on the biochemical treatment device.And the conclusions as follows:(1)10 strains with the ability to decompose kitchen waste were selected from biomaterials(A1,A2,B),by preliminary identification,the result came out as follows:A201、A206、B04 were identified as Bacillus subtils,A204、B06 were Bacillus pumilus,A101 was Bacillus simplex,A202 was Bacillus safensis,A203 was Pseudomonas psychrotolerans,B02 was Bacillus amyloliBuefaciens,while B07 was Bacillus cereus.Combined with 4 laboratory strains which are Bacillus subtilis,Rhizopus,Bacillus stearothermophilus and Aspergillus niger for subsequent experiments;(2)Buckwheat husk was used as carrier material.Based on the optimum time od inoculation,mixing enlarge-cultured strains with carrier material to fabricate microbial inoculants;(3)Analogue kitchen waste treatment device was utilized to verify the degradation ability of all 14 strains and microbial inoculant,the results showed that pH,temperature and moisture content vary from strain to strain;microbial inoculant has the most remarkable degradation effect with weight-loss ratio of 67.45%,higher than any of the strains,the degradation capacity was shown as microbial inoculant>A203>Bacillus stearothermophilus>A201>other strains.Overall,microbial inoculant has a higher degradation capacity than any other strains;(4)With the help of kitchen waste biochemical minimization plant,microbial inoculant was used to conduct a kitchen waste aerobic degradation experiment.Using pH,temperature,moisture content and total bacterial count as index to explore the optimum material ratio of kitchen waste decomposition machine and individual cycle of kitchen waste degradation.The result revealed that degradation effect was better when the ratio of kitchen waste and microbial inoculant was 1:4;individual cycle of kitchen waste degradation was somewhere around 18h,in which pH was almost restored to the original level.
