Based on the rapidly solidified al-based alloys as the research object, the viscosity of the melt to activate and the average thermal expansion coefficient of correlation is studied. The viscosity of the aluminum base alloy melts' activation energy and the liquidus temperature and hot liquid fragility parameters of correlation. At the same time, the viscosity of the melt activation energy and its shear modulus and Young's modulus ratio of the correlation.Using high temperature viscosity of al-based alloys melt viscosity measurement for many times, and they took the average.Using Origin software, temperature dependence of viscosity of molten alloys during cooling process, the solid lines are the Arrhenius plots, and then they can get activation parameters and other related parameters. They use vacuum furnace melting preparation of aluminum alloy. In the process of alloy melting, they asked for three times of smelting materials for the uniformity of material. For the preparation of rapidly solidified al-based alloys spindle,it was preparation of sample by using the method of suction cast copper.Measurement of thermal expansion, they selected diameter of 2 mm copper mold for the preparation of 2 mm diameter alloy rods. For the elastic modulus measurement,They chose 2 mm thick plate of copper mould to suction casting.Using thermal analyzer to measure the liquidus temperature of the aluminum alloy. From the liquid state to the solid state of the process, there is a genetic nature, they had done a lot of research. On the basis of the characteristics of liquid-solid genetic,it was studied the relationship that between the melt activation energy with the average thermal expansion coefficient and the elastic modulus of the rapidly solidified al-based alloys.Based on the genetic characteristics of solidification, the relationship between the melt activation energy and the liquidus temperature of the rapidly solidified al-based alloys was studied.Among them, solidification plays a vital role in the preparation of materials and liquid forming. It was found that the activation energy of the viscosity was positively correlated with the liquidustemperature and the elastic modulus(Young's modulus, shear modulus),and the activation energy of the viscosity was negatively correlated with the average coefficient of thermal expansion.Study on the linear relationship between melt viscosity activation energy and brittleness parameters of superheated liquid, the linear relationship between the fragility parameters of superheated liquids and the average coefficient of thermal expansion and elastic modulus are introduced indirectly. The analysis of the results, starting from the atomic scale describe them, that is,the greater the atomic binding force, the greater the activation energy,Liquidus temperature and the elastic modulus(Young's modulus, shear modulus)is also greater. While the average coefficient of thermal expansion is smaller.
