Along with flourishing economy,Hydraulic rock drill,a main rock drill tool,is widely used in mines,tunnels,and construction industries.As its efficiency affects the progress of the project,improving the efficiency of hydraulic rock drill is exceedingly critical.Relying on the project‘intelligent full-hydraulic drilling jumbo for medium-deep hole'which is part of‘863 national high-tech research development plan',a plan in light of the optimal rock drilling angle theory is proposed to improve the efficiency of drilling by the real-time detection of the impact frequency of the hydraulic rock drill matching of the optimal rotary speed.According to the plan,the rotary speed control system is established and simulation and test are carried out.Firstly,the domestic and foreign development of hydraulic rock drill were reviewed and the drilling efficiency research status were analyzed.Based on the analysis of the working mechanism of hydraulic rock drill,the rotary speed control scheme was put forward on account of the efficiency of hydraulic rock drill could be improved by keeping the optimal rock drilling angle in the process of rock drilling.The vibration signal in the drilling process is analyzed and the feasibility of extracting the impact frequency of hydraulic rock drill is theoretically demonstrated.Secondly,the speed control system based on the rocking angle is analyzed and feasible implementation plan is designed.Based on labview platform,the signal module is established to accomplish the function of extracting the impact frequency hydraulic of rock drill and matching the optimal rotary speed and then sending the data to the controller.The property of the electro magnetic proportional direction valve is analyzed,the openings of the valve is controlled by the controlled with the control current matching the optimal rotary speed.The simulation of the signal module is made.The results show its effectiveness.Finally,relying on the project‘intelligent full-hydraulic drilling jumbo for medium-deep hole' which is part of‘863 national high-tech research development plan',tests was carried out on the drilling jumbo with the control system under the circumstance of the drilling.The feasibility and practical value of the control system are verified in this dissertation for the results shows that the control system works steadily despite harsh environment and the efficiency of drilling jumbo with the control system is improved significantly.
