With the elaborate development of low permeability reservoir oil field.It required a higher water quality of water injection.Among them,the content of suspended solid has become an important measure of indicators for the water quality of water injection.The reinjection water mainly consists of stratum’s particles,corrosion products,carbonate and tiny silt in stratum.To improve the effect of low permeability oil field’s development,it is necessary to inject carefully,and inject enough water,to make today’s water into tomorrow’s oil.From the test data,although the sewage what has passed through the filtering device,has achieved good results.The main indicators can meet the requirements of the development of low permeability oilfield water injection.However,the quality of the water distributing station and the well’s water is obviously deteriorated,lead to a secondary pollution.The quality of water is not up to the standard,which influences the efficiency of water injection development.Therefore,the study on the change of the suspended solids in the water quality of the water injection,have a great significant for the development of low permeability oil field.In order to find out the law of the suspended solids in the water injection,we carried out the analysis of the suspended solids and the analysis of the pipeline’s sediment in the block of the LongHuPao district.With the work of water body’s analysis and comparison.We would find out the pipeline suspended solids of water injection along the process of increasing the law,at the same time,develop the corresponding technical measures to improve water quality’s stability,in order to solve the existing secondary pollution problems of the water quality what contains oil.The results show that: the increase of suspended solids in the LongHuPao block is mainly due to the increase of the content of organic and inorganic components.Organic ingredients are mainly about heavy oil accumulation in the water,the growth of bacteria in the water;inorganic composition is mainly about soluble calcium,magnesium ions occur chemical reaction to generate insoluble;pipeline corrosion resulted in increased iron content of iron material’s deposition;and acid insoluble material in the pipeline in the gradual accumulation,etc..Calculate the factors what contribute for the suspended solids’ recruitment.Among them,the recruitment of acid soluble substances in the largest proportion,38%;followed by oil,27%,bacteria and other incremental 20%;acid insoluble material accounted for 15%.Regular cleaning is recommended to control the pipeline,and,adding highly effective fungicides or preventing pipeline corrosion also is a good solution to control the suspended solids content.
