3.33 dtex flat fiber development and application of flat fiber dtex,enrich the domestic acrylic fiber feed way,preoccupation fur market.In this material leads to the daqing petrochemical company JingGuanChang production high shrinkage products,5.55 dtex flat,7.78 dtex flat series products to market more,for series production industrial production development and application of flat laid a foundation.3.33 dtex flat fibers are mainly used for the relationship between the content of two monomer(VA)content,polymer molecular weight and flat fiber fatigue.The influence of spinneret,spinneret distribution and aperture on fiber heterogeneity;The influence of spinning technology conditions on the degree of profiled fiber,etc.,were studied and experiments,according to the experimental data for the spinning performance and enlarge production,has obtained the good production effect.This paper summarized the analysis of the test spinning and amplification,and obtained the various indexes required by the industrial production development 3.33 dtex flat fiber.The fine denier,flat fiber spinneret design take 10:1 proportion,to properly reduce the jet hole width,will be able to help to further optimize the abnormity degree of flat fiber and spinning speed;If there is a certain technological condition,the polymer should choose the lower molecular weight and the lower content.The molecular weight of the polymer is more than60,000,and the content of the original liquid is lower than 8.5%.Spinning process parameters also play a major role in flat fiber manufacturing,and this development has defined the various process package parameters required for the 3.33 dtex flat fiber.
