Research And Preparation Of Automobile Anticorrosion Coating And Building Exterior Coating

Coating is a material which forming a certain strength,functional,continuousfilm th rough a series of coating process,the film formed is called coating film,aint film or a coating,coatings are widely used in construction,automotive,military,furniture and othe r fields.The three main components of the coating are film-forming resin,pigments an d solvents,in addition to a variety of additives.Thethree important functions of the co ating are decorative,protective and marked,inaddition,Giving the coating some special f eatures according to the demand of the user,such as conductive coatings,temperature c ontrol coatings and so on.In this paper,automotive anticorrosive coatings were prepared by using epoxy resi n and amino resin as film-forming resin,talc,barium sulfate,zinc phosphate,fast red and so on as pigments.The results show that the coating is an excellent anticorrosive coating for automobile,and it is proved that the coating is an excellent anticorrosive coating for automobile through the test of surface drying and hard dryting time,penc il hardness,adhesion,water resistance,salt water resistance,salt spray resistance,impac t resistance and flexibility.Then solving the corrosion problem of the automotive coatin g due to the environmental conditions.In this paper,fluorocarbon resin coating was prepared by using fluorocarbon resin as film-forming resin,adding nano-silica,barium sulfate and titanium dioxide.We prep ared the addition of nano-silica(mass fraction of 0%,2.5%,5%,7.5%)of the buildin g exterior coating.Through the performance test of Gloss,adhesion,water resistance,a ging resistance,alkali resistance,contamination resistance,wash resistance,impact resis tance and flexibility,It is proved that the coating is a kind of excellent performance of building exterior coating.
