The utilization of municipal sludge is one of the best,most effective and most promising way for most domestic and foreign researchers to agree on sludge disposal.In this study,the physical and chemical properties of anaerobic digested municipal sludge from Dalian Xiajiahe Organic Waste Treatment Co.,Ltd.were determined,and cultivated with sawdust composite matrix tested in Two Turf grass of tall fescue and clover.The effects of different combinations of municipal sludge and sawdust on the growth of two turfgrasses were studied,and to explore the feasibility of the application of composite matrix in green lawn.The main findings are as follows:1.Anaerobic digested sludge,the contents of organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium were abundant,and the contents of heavy metal and physical and chemical properties were in accordance with the relevant standards of urban sludge landscaping.2.The physical and chemical properties of the composite matrix with different proportions of anaerobic digested sludge and sawdust were determined and Refer to the criteria for the indicators of the ideal matrix,The results showed that the composite substrate had a high nutrient content,the total porosity was more than 60%,the EC value was less than2.0mS/cm,the bulk density was more than 0.1g/cm~3 and less than 0.8g/cm~3 in the experimental group with 30%-50%sludge content,which is an ideal culture substrate.3.The effects of different proportion of matrix on the morphological and physiological indexes of tall fescue.were determined by pot experiment.When the content of sludge in the compound substrates was 40%,The results showed that the fresh weight,dry weight,leaf length and leaf relative water content of tall fescue were respectively 4.0%,4.2%,1.3%and0.4%higher than control soil group.When the content of sludge in the compound substrates was 50%,The seedling height and content of soluble sugar were 3.1%and 0.4%higher than the control soil group.When the content of sludge in the compound substrates was 30%,Root length was 2.2%higher than the control soil group.Compared with the control soil group,the relative electrical conductivity and MDA of tall fescue,in the experimental group of10%-50%sludge did not change much.and showed a clear upward trend in the experimental group of 60%and 70%sludge.The chlorophyll content of the seven experimental groups was lower than that of the control group;When the content of sludge in the compound substrates was 40%,The root length,fresh weight,dry weight,total leaf area and leaf water content of the clover were respectively 2.5%,5.8%,1.2%,2.1%and 0.4%in the experimental group.The contents of seedling height,chlorophyll content and soluble sugar in all experimental groups of clover were lower than control soil group.Compared with the control soil group,the relative electrical conductivity and MDA of clover in the experimental group of10%-40%sludge did not change much.and showed a clear upward trend in the experimental group of 50%and 70%sludge.4.The morphological and physiological indexes of tall fescue and clover were analyzed by gray correlation method.The results of comprehensive evaluation showed that the growth of tall fescue and clover were best in the experimental group of 40%sludge. |
