The emergence of ecological consumption is the inevitable choice for the construction of resources and the conservation of society.It is also an important turning point in the course of history.China’s vast territory and abundant resources,natural resources is the link between man and nature,human consumption behavior and consumption patterns gradually lead to natural resources crisis.In twenty-first Century,the world was faced with the great challenges brought by the ecological crisis,and human beings played a key role in this disastrous challenge.The irrational consumption of human beings,the consumption of desires and the creation of unrestrained consumption will seriously disturb and corrode the social atmosphere,and bring about irreversible calamities.Based on this,we should change our consistent traditional consumption patterns,change the original bad consumption behavior,and observe the green consumption pattern of ecological consumption and live in the system.The starting point of this article is based on changing the human consumption pattern and consuming thinking,and using legal thinking to consider the construction and feasibility of ecological consumption.The ecological consumption is beyond the breakthrough of traditional consumption pattern,the adjustment of human social life,should be standardized and adjusted by law,the norms of human consumption,to lead the system of laws and regulations in the field of consumption from.From the basic understanding of ecological consumption as the starting point,through the study of what is the basic needs of mankind,the importance of consumption in human life and so on.First of all,according to the period of primitive society,the period of agricultural civilization and the period of industrial civilization,as the clue of time,the history of human development has been sorted out.The consumption phenomenon is different because of the different times.Secondly,through the carding and comparison of ecological consumption and its extension concept,the concept of ecological consumption and the concept of ecological consumption law are put forward.Again,study on ecological consumption law system,expounds the basic principle and system,through the study of extraterritorial legal system,absorbing and learning summary deficiencies of China’s ecological consumption law system and the place needs to be improved.Finally,the responsibility mechanism construction belongs to a kind of Chinese unique ecological consumer law,build a good incentive mechanism and punishment mechanism in the "green civil" ideas,hopes to the principle of ecological consumption analysis,consumer behavior will be unreasonable to regulate,correction.
