In order to make full use of downhole hydraulic energy increase drilling rate,development of hydraulic oscillation pulsed jet drilling technology.Concrete design is put the hydraulic pulse modulation device in the upper bit,through proper hydraulic energy conversion mechanism,the hydraulic energy of the pulse effect directly into cyclical impact load acting on the bit,the bit in the rotating at the same time also has the vibration effect,and hydraulic pulse travels down to the bottom,also can improve the stress of the bottom hole rock state,strengthen the cuttings purification,combination of bit vibration effect and the well hydraulic pulsation at the bottom,Improve the efficiency of bit of rock drilling.This article begins with hydraulic impactor and the oscillation pulsed jet present research situation and development trend,according to the principle of pulse jet mechanism,combined with the mechanical design software,design a set of hydraulic oscillation near-bit impactor.Simulated downhole conditions,the finite element simulation of impact analysis,propose optimization solution.Conducted a field test,the principle of shock was tested.The results show that the principle is correct,and the hydraulic oscillation jet performance is superior to ordinary jet.Hydraulic oscillation pulsed jet drilling technology is a newly emerging new drilling technology,the research of this paper has important practical significance on the concept popularization of hydraulic oscillation pulsed jet drilling and exploration of technology theory.
