The auxiliary integrated equipment for environmental workover is used to prevent the sewage and waste oil to the ground which would pollute the wellhead and surrounding environment when do workover operation.This paper designs and analyzes the structure of auxiliary integrated equipment.The paper will illustrate the technological process of field operation,and then it will verify the reasonability of the equipment by a field trial of workover.The auxiliary integrated equipment is mainly made up of wheeled container,recovery device of sewage oil and power and control system.Considering the convenience when arrange the workover site and transfer devices,the design of the equipment will adopt the integrated technology.The equipment will be modular designed and the modules would be connected by pipeline before operation.And after work,the pipeline will be removed and put the equipment into the container to guarantee the preparation of the relocation.At the top and around the wheeled container,a container door assembly is provided to facilitate the loading and unloading of each module.Two 10 kW electric heaters are provided in the sewage sludge collection device to avoid oil flow in the tank for poor liquidity when low temperature.In the power system is equipped with a dedicated hydraulic station,used to drive tubing crude oil self-priming device and tubing catwalk cleaning device and the hydraulic station also has a spare interface for the late function expansion.The control system is controlled by the PLC program.It is mainly used to realize the start and stop control of the heater,the hydraulic pump,the suction pump,the output pump,the loading and unloading control of the relief valve and the commutation control of the directional control valve.The finite element analysis software is used to simulate the force of the wheeled container frame under full load bending and full load torsion.The dynamic analysis of the frame is carried out in the free mode.And the axle of wheeled container is subjected to vertical bending stiffness and vertical bending static strength analysis.The installation and loading test of the supporting equipment,the control system of the hydraulic system and the collection and heating test of the sewage oil recovery unit are carried out in the work field of the oilfield.The field test results show that the integrated equipment of the oilfield environmental workover well has good environmental performance,and when laying the anti-seepage cloth,it can ensure that 100% of operating oil does not fall to the ground.
