| Because of the complexity of the oil,gas and water three-phase flow,there is no universally applicable simulation calculation formula to calculate the multiphase pipelines process design currently.PIPEPHASE software is used more extensively in the field,it has the characteristics of simple calculation model,saving time,and adopting simple empirical formulae combination.PIPEPHASE software has a variety of empirical formulae,due to the different application scope,the formula calculation results will be different by each formula under the same conditions.So the empirical formula chosen will affect the final result,when PIPEPHASE is used to calculate multiphase flow pipeline pressure drop.Each empirical formula has its own adaptive oil physical property,but PIPEPHASE software unable to judge the given condition automatically to select appropriate formula,therefore,when the software is used to do the calculation,which is influenced by artificial selective factors,and relative error will increase.So it is impossible to obtain the same value with the actual data by simulation software,we need to use the experimental data and field data to verify and analyze their influencing factors.Beisansan Oil Dehydration Station belongs to Sabei Oil Reservoir Station,the pipeline network is complex with long-running,pipeline corrosion,anticorrosive coating damage and irregular structures occupy,etc.happen occasionally.So the adjustment and replace of old pipelines will increase gradually,and by adopting the calculation of PIPEPHASE software,simulate the operation of the pipeline network under the program parameters in Beisansan Station,we can get more intuitive and accurate pipeline running basic situation,so as to select more reasonable parameters more accurately and lay the foundation to the safety operation of pipelines.The thesis,by using PIPEPHASE software,according to oil production data provided by the Beisansan Dehydration Station,compares the error between simulation results and actual data and analyze the error factors of part of pipeline network in this station.The conclusion is that the moisture content,pipeline temperature,oil and gas production,diameter size of pipeline,ect.have influence on calculation error.In which the error of DR calculation model is the smallest when applied to Beisansan Oil Dehydration Station,but when the output is more than 140 m3/d or moisture content is more than 90%,the error of this method becomes larger,so the pressure drop in PIPEPHASE related DR model modification is revised.After correction,the application scope and calculation precision of the DR are enlarged,which is more suitable for the oil dehydration station,and provide reliable basis for engineering design of construction.Finally,the C++ Builder6.0 software is used to compile a set of applicable procedures for the station independently,which can be used for numerical simulation by inputting the basic parameters of pipelines,the flow parameters and calculation formula. |
