The Greatwall drilling company has been involved in the development of Sulige Gas Field since 2005,and the development technology of tight gas reservoir is becoming more and more mature,and the development effect is gradually increasing.In order to improve the work efficiency and reduce the cost of development,The Greatwall drilling company carried out the factory drilling project in Block Su 53.In this paper,the large platform drilling plan in the Block Su 53 is studied and the platform layout was laied down based on the factory drilling mode.By using the double drilling rig,the layout parameters are designed,such as the well site area,the distance between the wellhead and the row spacing.Basing on meeting the geological requirements,the design of the well structure is optimized such as the casing size,the depth of the casing and the well completion pipe string.The design principle of the horizontal well trajectory in the Block Su 53 has been f ormulated,and two proposals of well trajectory schemes have been developed.The program adopted the "straight by steady torsion increase level" proposal.The orientation start from the offset orientation about 1250 m and to about 3090 m by 20°deviation steady inclined,finally to the target by a deviation 5°/30 m.After optimization,the trajectory of the borehole greatly reduces the amplitude of the torsional direction,which makes the field drilling trajectory coincide with the design trajectory.Based on the field test,the friction coefficient in different working conditions was measured.The results show that the internal friction coefficient of casing under different working conditions are slightly different,but the change was not significant.The friction coefficient of casing is between 0.17 and 0.2,and the open hole coefficient of friction is between 0.23 and 0.25.The value of friction coefficient can be choosed purposeful to analysis and forecast the drilling force condition of underground accuratly,and to guide the optimization of the drilling parameters,drilling fluid performance,BHA and bit.
