| With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the release of VOCs in urban air has greatly increased,and the composition is much more complex.The composition and temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of VOCs were getting more and more attention.In recent years,the emission of VOCs is one of the most urgent environmental problems in petrochemical enterprises.This paper takes VOCs from Dagang Petrochemical Industries Co.td as the object of study,and the aim of this study to investigate the removal method and efficiency of such as pollutant in engineering aspect.The research of this project can provide the guidance for the management of VOCs in the petroleum production and processing process,and the research of this project is also of some engineering significance.Through the research of this project,the following conclusions can be drawn:1)The release of VOCs from Dagang Petrochemical Industries Co.td was mainly through benzene volatilization,acidic water tank device emissions and waste water treatment system from three ways,and the emission amounts of VOCs were about 258 t/a.2)By the setting of VOCs removal technology,the removal efficiency of benzene volatilization,acidic water tank device emissions and waste water treatment system were 95.0%,95.0% and 97.0%,respectively.The total removal efficiency of VOCs was 94.57% and the cutting down amounts of VOCs were 244 t/a.3)Through the implementation of the project,DAGANG Petrochemical Company can achieve a total discharge of VOCs compared with 30% reduction in 2014.At the same time,this project can make the enterprise to meet the current environmental protection policies and regulations and standards and improve the surrounding air quality. |
