| The current situation of mercury removal of industry in our country,the method of removing mercury,and the online detection is reviewed,the technology of removal mercury by mercury chloride is introduced in this paper.There are severe kinds of heavy metals in the smelting flue gas including mercury(Hg),arsenic(As),lead(Pb),chromium(Cd),also including high concentration of SO2.Among them,only Hgg is post difficult to remove by conventional methods,there are great harm to human survival and atmospheric environmental pollution,so the key of controlling smelting flue gas pollution is how to remove Hg~0 in the flue gas.This paper studied the absorption characteristics of Hg~0 removal in Zinc smelting flue gas,the most efficient mercury chloride(HgCl2)solution has been modulated,the best method and reaction condition of high concentration of Hg~0 removal in the flue gas are put forward.A purpose-built apparatus was designed for this experiment and factors potentially affecting the Hg~0 removal efficiency were systematic investigated,including the reaction temperature,Hg~0 inlet concentrations,the HgC12 concentrations,pH,and some anions such as SO32-、SO42-、-H-、N03-、Cl-、K+、Na+ and H+.Results show that the Hg~0 removal efficiency depends on the concentration of HgCl3-、which exists in the HgCl2 solution among main mercury chloride species.It is the most efficient complex anions reacting with Hg~0 than HgCl2 and[HgC14]2’.The Hg~0 removal efficiency is the highest when the range of mole ratio of ClP to HgC12 is 10:1 to 20:1 and the HgCl2 concentration is 3.0 g/L.And a proportion of Cl-which was added in the HgCl2 solution can control the negative influence of SO32-in the solution.Low pH value of HgCl2 solution enhanced the Hgg removal efficiency,whose stimulation was a key of Hg~0 removal.Some other ions such as SO42-、N03-、CV、-、K+、Na+ can hardly affect Hg~0 removal efficiency in the absorption process. |
