Titanium alloy(Ti6Al4V)has widely used in the field of aerospace,because of its excellent strength-to-weight ratio,good at mechanical and physical properties,still maintain its high strength at high temperature,it is ideal material for the manufacture of aircraft engine.Aircraft engine titanium alloy diaphragm disc is an important feature in the aircraft engine drive systems.At present,the serious of the titanium alloy diaphragm disc machining deformation had restricted the domestic of titanium alloy diaphragm disc need to be resolved.This paper has studied at finishing stage of titanium alloy diaphragm disc,combination of theoretical model and finite element analysis in simulation of titanium alloy diaphragm disc machining deformation.Finally,using experimental verified of finite element analysis conclusions.Achieving the goal of controlling the machining deformation of titanium alloy diaphragm disc.The main study contents are as follows:Firstly,analysis the processing quality of titanium alloy diaphragm disc,general clarified the characteristics and machining difficulties of the diaphragm disc.The research object is the finishing stage of the titanium alloy,comparative analysis of rounded edge and chamfer edge cutting stress field,the results showed that rounded edge is better for precision cutting titanium alloy.Secondly,according to the thin wall and easily deformation structural characteristics of the titanium alloy diaphragm disc,researched axial clamping force and radial clamping force on the titanium alloy diaphragm disc clamping deformation,the results showed that axial clamping force can effectively avoid titanium alloy diaphragm disc clamping deformation oversize.And then,on the basis of cutting edge and clamping force action mode,researched titanium alloy diaphragm disc machining deformation characteristics,obtained titanium alloy diaphragm disc deformation rule under the cutting force and axial clamping restricted.Thus manufactured machining deformation controlling special fixture of titanium alloy diaphragm disc.Finally,the experiment was conducted by titanium alloy diaphragm disc precision cutting.Verification the method of titanium alloy diaphragm disc machining deformation controlling,the results showed that compared with theory curve two sides of diaphragm disc profile tolerance were less than 0.025 mm,satisfaction the machining accuracy,this method can promote the use of similar parts.This paper research on contents of the control of aircraft engine titanium alloy diaphragm disc machining deformation.Advancing domestic machining of titanium alloy diaphragm.It has played an important role in the promote disc-type thin-walled machining technological progress also a certain theoretical value and practical significance.
