Weaving machines are equipments that use a variety of yarns as raw material to knit ribbon or tubular fabric.In recent decades,China's textile machinery manufacturing enterprises have produced weaving machines through technology introduction.But the key technology in this field needs ferther digestion and absorption toimprove the design level.This thesis mainly focuses on a cam-linkage mechanisms in an inkel loom,the research works finished are as foll ows.Introducing the Assur Group method in the synthesis of Cam-linkage mec hanism with compliant link.The mothed of Assur Group is used to conduct the inverse kinematic analysis of the cam linkage mechanism to determine the theoretical contour and the actual contour of the cam in the mechanism.A simple method is put forward to calculate the pressure angle and curvature radius of the cam.Introducing the pseudo rigid body model in the analysis of cam-linkage mechanism with compliant link to verify its accuracy.The optimal synthesis of the cam-linkage mechanism is carried out to reduce the vibration of the machine,with the cam curvature radius and pressure angle as the optimal indexes.Force-closing is replaced by form-closing and the cam-linkage mechanism is re-designed to improve the performance of the mechanism in high speed.
