With the quality of fragrant aroma,thickly-mellow and unique rock rhyme,Wuyi rock tea win a good reputation both at home and abroad."Zuoqing processing" is the key procedure for preliminary processing of wuyi rock tea,having a big influence on the tea's quality characteristics,such as aroma and taste.At present,in the process of wuyi rock tea production,improper greening process not only consumes a lot of labor power,material and financial resources but also directly affect the quality and good-qualified rate,thus affect social economic benefits.For the tea production "labor shortage",labor costs,oolong tea to do green high-intensity labor input and artificial control instability and other issues,2014 Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University commitment to the national second five science and technology support plan"oolong tea green withering(2014BAD06B06-06),this paper focuses on the development of green automation and intelligent control system and its related experiments,to carry out the key technology and application research of oolong tea intelligent system.The main research results are as follows.1.Based on the touch screen and PLC to zuoqing automation control system.Developed a "1 drag 16" based on the touch screen and PLC to do the green automation control system,the establishment of the oolong tea to zuoqing control laboratory,to achieve the two kinds of zuoqing machines to accurately switch,simple operation,flexible input parameters,Low investment costs,suitable for the production of zuoqing machines to do the automation of fine control.2.Based on the PC and PLC to zuoqing intelligent control systemDeveloped a "1 drag 16" based on the PC + PLC intelligent control system,in the automation of green on the basis of intelligent control to zuoqing.The system includes the lower computer,the host computer,communication module and so on with multi-parameter on-line collection,detection function,to achieve the green technology data online storage.To make green environment monitoring more comprehensive the temperature sensors,humidity sensors,video sensors and weighing balance for the online detection device were used to collect temperature,humidity,water content,live video and other factors.3.Study on Fuzzy Controller of Yaoqing and LiangqingDeveloping three input(temperature,humidity and weight loss rate),single output(Zuoqing and Liangqing time)shake blue,dry green fuzzy controller.Basic and Mathematical Models of Parameters:The basic domain of the temperature deviation of the green environment is(-1.5?,1.5?).The basic domain of the relative humidity deviation is(-15%,15%).Zuoqing(Liangqing)time control the amount of the basic domain of(-20%t Zuoqing(Liangqing),20%T Zuoqing(Liangqing)).Three input single output swing time fuzzy controller mathematical model:U shake =(RT shake UT + RH shake UH + RL shake UL)× F shakeThree input single output drying time fuzzy controller mathematical model:U dry =(RT dry UT + RH dry UH + RL dry UL)× F dry4.Collecting of temperature,humidity and water online collection during Zuoqing processThe the online collection of temperature and humidity results show that temperature of the zuoqing machine are increased and the relative humidity is increased.During liangqing process,the temperature is slightly increased and the relative humidity decreases.During the first half of the zuoqing,temperature and humidity are low,Temperature and humidity have increased at last half of the zuoqing.The results show that the weight loss rate of the leaves is about 17%,and the weight ratio of the young shoots is more than that of the zuoqing and the leaf moisture content of 0.34%to 3.48%,which is because the short diameter,caused by small disturbance can be reduced by measuring the amount of leaf,increase the speed of air and other measures to reduce the online measured value.And the actual value of the deviation between the same time through the function of fitting to reduce the error correction.5.Computer automatic system comparison test of zuoqingThe results showed that there were no significant differences between hand and machine zuoqing according to the tea water extract,tea polyphenols,amino acids,catechins and flavonoids contents,and the changes of biochemical composition.The coefficient of variation of the same batch of wool tea is less than the artificial control,the stability and uniformity of the tea quality are effectively improved,which reflects the stability and reliability of the automatic control system.6.The Development Prospect of Zuoqing Automation and Intelligent Control TechnologyAutomation control can save about 84%labor force,75%labor costs and 70%labor intensity compareing to hand control.A single set of zuoqing automation control system(1 drag 16)annual savings of 51,750 yuan.Going to the tea production area to carry out production research show that the zuoqing automatic control systemg working stability,friendly man-machine interface,easy to collect storage experts to zuoqing process experience,easy to operate,reducing labor costs and labor intensity,so easy to zuoqing.Besides,the questionnaires indicate that the efficient and efficient automation system has a wide application prospect.
