Fan units have been widely used in various industries,the power consumption is huge.However,due to fans aging,improper type selection,unreasonable speed control and other reasons,the efficiency of a lot of fans in using is low,mostly in 40%-60%,less than 70%of the national standard.Energy-saving of fan units encountered difficulties because the traditional energy consumption test needs to stop or even disassemble fan units,which results in industrial shutdown,and reduces the enthusiasm of user's energy efficiency diagnosis.Aiming at the difficulty of on-site diagnosis of energy efficiency of fan units,this paper presents a method of non-invasive energy efficiency diagnosis for fan units,establishes the non-invasive calculation model,and develops energy efficiency diagnosis software,which offers the help for fan units' on-site energy efficiency diagnosis.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the non-invasive identification method of motor parameters is studied,and the motor parameter identification model is established.The difficulty of the non-invasive efficiency calculation of fan units is that the motor parameters are difficult to measure.By analyzing the equivalent circuit of an asynchronous motor,a motor parameter identification model based on input current and input power is established and the parameters are identified by the gravitational search algorithm.The accuracy of the model is verified by simulation and experiment.Secondly,the working principle and energy loss of the fan unit are analyzed,and the non-invasive efficiency calculation model is established.By analyzing the energy consumption in operation of the fan unit,the parameters of the energy consumption of each part of the fan unit are clarified,the output shaft power of the motor is calculated by the loss analysis method,and the efficiency of the fan unit is calculated.Thirdly,the energy efficiency diagnosis method of the fan unit is studied,which mainly includes energy efficiency calibration and working condition diagnosis method.By comparing measured and calculated parameters with national standards of fan unit energy efficiency,the results of energy efficiency benchmarking is got.By plotting the frequency distribution histogram of the air volume sampling during the running cycle of the fan,its condition diagnosis result is obtained.The accuracy of the diagnosis method is verified by the data collected from the main fan of a mine.Finally,an energy efficiency diagnostic software of fan unit is designed and developed.In order to facilitate users to save energy,this paper uses the proposed efficiency calculation and energy efficiency diagnosis method to design and develop the diagnostic software.And the software is described from three aspects:the system design,functional realization and functional testing.
