| Fluorescence detection method has been widely used in medicinal,biological,environmental detection for its relative simplicity,high sensitivity,and capable of real-time and dynamic detection in vivo.Herein,we reported the design and application of four novel fluorescent chemodosimeters for HCl O,H2S,Hg2+ and HCHO,respectively:(1)A highly sensitive fluorescent probe PHC1 has been developed for the detection of HCl O.Based on the HCl O-promoted intramolecular oxidative cyclization reaction,the probe exhibits high sensitivity,good selectivity,and low detection limit for HCl O.(2)A new phthalimide-based "Turn-On" fluorescent probe PHS1 has been developed for the detection of H2S.The probe possesses good selectivity,high sensitivity and low detection limit for H2S.Furthermore,the probe could be successfully monitoring of hydrogen sulfide in living cells.(3)A novel coumarin-based ratiometric fluorescent probe PHM1 has been developed for the detection of Hg2+ in aqueous solution.The probe possesses good selectivity,high sensitivity and low detection limit for Hg2+.Furthermore,the probe could be successfully monitoring of Hg2+ in living cells.(4)A new naphthamide-based "turn-On" fluorescent probe PHF1 has been developed for the detection of HCHO.The probe possesses excellent water solubility,good selectivity,high sensitivity and fast response time(within 5 minutes)for HCHO. |
