Design Of Oil Wastewater Treatment System For Wastewater Treatment Staion Of Oil Recovery Plant No.7 Daqing Oilfield

At present,most of the oil fields has entered the middle and late oil exploitation,water content in crude oil can be as high as 90%.The separation of oil and water to produce large amount of oily sewage,the water resource can be treated as oilfield reinjection water source.According to the water quality characteristics of produced water in Oil Recovery plant No.7 Daqing Oilfield Corp.Ltd,treatment of the oilfield produced water,process design overall grasp project.With a large number of suspended particles in oilfield produced water,high oil content,high COD,high salinity and containing microbial characteristics.The design of a coagulation air flotation system,pre filtration system,ultrafiltration system.The mixed system of coagulation air flotation and pre filtration system is pretreatment into the ultrafiltration system before the processing stage,the purpose is to remove the water particles,the water quality of water into the ultrafiltration membrane system to meet the requirements;and the ultrafiltration membrane system is microbial removal of oil,COD,and the rest of the suspended particles,and ultimately treatment after the oil field produced water to reach the reinjection requirements.
