With the rapid development of the petrochemical industry,the separation and utilization of C5 fraction of the C5 is becoming more and more popular in the world.The mass can be separated by about 65% of the pentadiene C5 fractions.Production of high-grade fatty oil resin,known as pentadiene petroluem resin,is the main application of pentadiene.These resins are generally have the characteristics of light color,low density,high saturation,increase the viscosity and thermal stability,and is widely used in adhesives,hot melt road sign paint,paint and ink,rubber chemicals etc.Pentadiene is a traditional catalyst for producing petroleum resins,the polymerization of aluminum chloride.When the catalyst removes the easy emulsion,there will be a lot of waste water,the process is relatively complex and the quality of the product is poor.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the production method.Diene between the e as the main raw material,aluminium trichloride as catalyst and toluene as solvent,in the experiment,add a variety of additives under the protection of nitrogen,the zheng big eyes of polymerization,and obtain e diene between petroleum resin products by caustic washing,water washing,vacuum distillation.In this paper,the author analyses the experimental results,and discusses the influence of several reaction conditions such as reaction temperature,time,catalyst,solvent,the result of the experiment,determine the potimum process conditions and product properties.This paper also deals with the test of pentadiene concentrated heat polymerization,and the test and application of the hydro-oil resin.It analyzed the "three wastes" and the treatment method,and discussed the influence factors and the softening point of the concentration of the oil resin.
